Craft Room...Redo

Over the last few weeks, I've been redoing my craft room. The project all started with a Knock-off of the Bedford Project Table from Pottery Barn that Doug, my very talented son-in-law, built for me. In fact the desk that Doug built is even  better, since he trimmed the desk with beautiful moldings and gave me
two very large drawers, as well.  I am completely head over heels in love with my new desk....
and Doug's very special too! Thank you so much Doug!!!
I also must give credit to Ana White for her inspiration also! She has fantastic plans for all sort of amazing knock-offs! Doug ended up winging it, since he's a cabinet maker, but if you want to make your own....try Ana White....or...Doug could build one for you too! :)

I also purchased 4 Expedits from Ikea.

    Please bring your $$$$ and your organizing skills to my house. My room looks like a bomb went off in it and reduce everything to plastic. Love your room, I would never work in it, tho, afraid to get it dirty. C2

    Ok, I'm pretty sure no room in my house will ever be this neat and clean. It looks awesome. Mine will be not even be close to this cool when it's finished.

    I can only imagine how much work that was. What a beautiful craft room. Thanks for sharing....Now....how do you feel about sharing that SIL. We crafters could probably pass him from one home to another, and he could probably earn quite a nice living!!

    I don't scrapbook, but I do craft. Therefore, I can appreciate a pretty and functional craft room. Looks like you'll have tons of fun in there. Though if I had a room that pretty, I'd be afraid to craft and mess it up!

    Just lovely! The black and white looks so stylish and your storage jars make me envious. Good job! My craft room is CRAMMED and needs a major overhaul, but I use it all! I'm going to have to be disciplined, that's all, and take yours for inspiration.

    I love your craft room, it is very similar to how I am finishing mine. I have been eyeing that same desk knock-off on Anna's website and I finally talked my husband into making it for me. Your room has me so excited, it's like seeing my vision come to life. Let me explain: I am in the process of moving and my new room is in black and white, my favorite colors. I have the black book shelves, Michael's storage shelves and a couple of other of the items you have. Seeing your room gives me something to strive for, I only hope that my finished room looks half as good as yours. I love your room!!!























    I purchased some shelves this week in black and have some of the Michaels products(shelves).

    Hi Sheri! You did an awesome job on your room! I've been working on mine too, also in black and white, but I've added different pink items for accents. I had 3 items that were brown and am covering with black contact paper or stripping the varnish and restaining black. I still have to paint my room and pick up a few more Jetmax cubes, but our rooms are very similar, right down to the dog bed under the desk! I also purchased the Jetmax storage and the Expedit from Ikea, as well as the shoe holder on the back of the door for punches. I have the Memory Makers unit on the wall too. That's as far as I've come though, as I started all this within the last week.

    It's so fun to see what you did with your room! In fact, I love the idea of decorating the Cricut, I haven't done that yet. At first I was thinking I was being a bit crazy getting so uber organized, but it's good to know I'm not the only person doing a complete overhaul on their room. In fact, I've named mine the Diva Den!
