Congratulations to you!

I could use two more days, just like the last two, please. I love having everything in order, chores finished, cool weather, windows open with fresh air coming in and the sound of the fountain in the backyard flowing while I stamp in my studio. Ahhh…So relaxing!!P1030081 copy Our current challenge at MSL is a Graduation/Congratulations Challenge. Since I didn’t have any Graduation Maggies, I had to get a bit creative with what I had on hand. So…I picked the Magnolia Romantic Window along with Tilda with Rubber Boots. Perfect for a Congratulations card…No? Hey! I think it works! It looks to me like, Tilda threw open her window and shouted “Congratulations!”  I know, I know…I’m a goofball.
Ok…off to work…yea!
Thank you for visiting and have a wonderful week!

Can you hear the clock ticking too! So….where the heck did that time go? I will be at the mall at 8 am in the morning….humming Christmas carols to myself …dashing from here to there and most likely…back again…….a couple of times :)

Fun…huh?

At Magnolia Stamp Lovers, our current challenge is to make an ornament. Easy, right? I simply picked up an ornament frame from Michaels, colored Gift Tilda and popped her right in….and to finish it all off, I added a big, gold bow to the top.

To see the rest of the DT’s inspiration and to enter your

ornament into our challenge, head over to the Magnolia Stamp Lovers Blog.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Are you one of those folks that

love this time of the year, or not?
I know I’m weird, but I love almost everything about it.  Of course, I love the music, and the decor and the wonderful memories, and the memories in the making,,,,but I even love hunting for parking spaces in crowded malls and long lines at Starbucks! Love it all!
Our challenge at Magnolia Lovers is to use a punch and guess what? I almost forgot to use a punch on this card. Geez…sometimes I worry about myself…

I chose the adorable Sneaky Tilda from the Magnolia Little Christmas Collection at StampingScrapping.com. This little girl reminds me so much of my baby girl and the way I used to do her hair… like she was Big Hair Barbie back in the 80’s. She was always the best dressed and coiffed kid in preschool. Someday… remind me to tell you about the time I sent her to elementary school for picture day… all dolled up from head to toe…except it wasn’t picture day… and everyone else was wearing their uniforms… like they were required to do…on days that weren’t picture day…
Yep, no Mom of the Year award that year.
I added three poinsettias, which I made using just a leaf from the Cricut, Dreams Come True Cartridge. After inking each leaf and curling them, I glued them onto a  punched 1/2 paper circle. How so you think they turned out?
Thanks so much for dropping by!

Another quick post!

I’m so sorry to post and run…life’s so busy these days!
Our challenge at Magnolia Stamp Lover’s is Halloween. One of my favorite holidays. I chose to use Tilda with Pumpkin for my card. I’m a little embarrassed to say, I’ve had her for a year or more, but never got around to using her, but in my defense, it’s not like she’s all that versatile. :) If she’s on your list of must haves, I suggest you head over to StampingScrapping.com, so you can get your hands on her QUICK! My flowers were made with the amazing Tim Holtz Tattered Florals Die. LOVE THAT! S
Thank you so much for visiting! I hope I’ve inspired you to make a Halloween Magnolia card too.

Good Morning

and I hope you are all enjoying a long weekend. I am sooooo loving mine. I have nothing special planned…except for possibly seeing  The American… starring…ummm…can’t quite think of his name….umm…oh yeah  George…George Clooney. He’s OK, if you like that sort of thing. Chiseled jaw lines, a touch of gray,

Ok…enough horsing around…

and on to business. Our challenge at Magnolia Stamp Lovers is Fall Colors. I chose another stamp from Stamping Scrapping.com,  the Magnolia Bon Voyage collection’s Cowboy Tilda.  For more inspiration, please hop over to the Magnolia Stamp Lover challenge to see more of the DT’s inspiration. I’m looking forward to seeing your Magnolia Fall Colors project too.
Thanks so much for coming by!

I’m just a little sad right now….

The Bachelorette didn’t choose the right guy…again. She could have asked me,…I would have told her, dang it. Stupid show. To the next Bachelor/Bachelorette,…just call me,…I’ll tell you. I’m good with that. Besides, it would save us both a lot of heartache.  ;)

Our challenge at Magnolia Stamp Lovers is the always adorable and for me, under utilized Edwin. I’m really going to need to add more Edwin's to my Magnolia family. IMG_4033 copy
For my card, I chose Edwin-Is this Your Egg? There are bunches and bunches of Edwin's in stock at StampingScrapping.com along with the Bon Voyage collection,
which is up for pre-order right now.

I added a few ribbon flowers, which I stitched together after my wonderful friend Gail suggested this video.

My sentiment was one my evil twin came up with and was printed on my computer.
