For my card,…I broke out another super cute Lili of the Valley stamp to play with. I know, shocking, right?

This sweetheart is Looking Glass and she looks royal to me, so I embellished with a glittery crown.

Papertake Weekly–Pastel Challenge

Hi there!! I hope you’re enjoying your week. It’s time for a new Papertake Weekly Challenge and this weeks it’s Pretty Pastels.

For my card today, I chose yet another favorite Lili of the Valley image,  Positively Pampered…and in fact, this is the card that I gave my Mom for Mother’s Day.  I had actually planned on giving her the card that I made for last weeks Papertake Weekly Challenge, but when I finished this card..it was so much more my Mom, as she loves lavenders and purples too, just like me.

My mom should really give lessons in how to gush over handmade cards.  She touches every single detail, ask questions about how I did this or that. Mom studies every bit of it, down to the pearls in the corners of the card.  I really do have THE best mom is the world and the way she gushes over the details of a handmade card is so minor in comparison to all the ways I could explain how incredible that woman is,  but it still puts such a smile on my face and makes me so happy that she loves it.  It just like being 5 years old all over again and bringing home a handmade card from first grade for mom.

Papertake Weekly–Anything Goes!!

Hi there, my crafty friends! I hope you were able to get inky last weekend. I was able to get a card finished AND spent lots of time with family too. Two of my all time favorite things to do.

If it’s Tuesday, it must be time for a brand new Papertake Weekly Challenge! This week, it’s an Anything Goes Challenge and I do love that!!

For my card, I’ve chosen another sweet Lili of the Valley image, Blooming Wheelbarrow.

My image for today’s card is Carriage for Two from Lili of the Valley

. The birds on the branch were added to the stamped image using my Silhouette Print and Cut feature.

Papertake Weekly–Spring Challenge

Hi there peeps!!

It’s time for another Papertake Weekly challenge and this time, it’s all about Spring. 

For my card, I chose Bumble Bee Fairy from Lili of the Valley.  

There is something so sweet about these particular fairies from LOTV! 

The papers are mostly Maja Designs, but again, I’ve used background stamps and Distress Inks to make the paper that the butterfly die cut is from..  It’s just so hard to cut up the Maja Designs papers!
