Happy New Year Friends!

P1000266 copy

I hope that you are all enjoying a peaceful, relaxing finish to the holidays and that 2011 is filled with love and happiness.

It’s early Sunday morning and I’m enjoying a cup of coffee while waiting for my new internet service to be installed, so if you never hear from me again….you’ll know why… ;)

My card today is actually for two challenges. Both the Bildmalarna Anything Goes Challenge and the Scrappy Frogs Sentiment Challenge. Go me!

I chose an image from the Bildmalarna 2010 Christmas collection, Excited Mimosa…which works perfectly for a birthday card too. My sentiment is from the very versatile SSD set of stamps, Label Accents. I matted Excited Mimosa using the Spellbinders Lacey Circles. Both stamps and the Spellbinders Lacey Circles are available for purchase at StampingScrapping.com. Cindy has so many exciting new things in store for us all in 2011! If you get a chance, be sure to check out the new stamps and coordinating dies. So gorgeous!

Thank you so much for stopping by!!!!

A whirlwind of a weekend....

and two challenge projects. First up, is a House Mouse card for the House Mouse and Friends challenge. This little guy is Lip Smackin Relaxin and is in stock right now at StampingScrapping.com. The sentiment is from the SSD Label Accents.

My second project is for Stamping Scrapping Challenge Central and is a fun little  Holiday Treat Holder.  My sentiment for this project is also from the SSD Label Accents set from StampingScrapping.com.
The poinsettias are more of the ones that I made using the Cricut Dreams Come True Cartridge.

In case you missed the previous post....here's a short video demonstrating the way I made the poinsettia flowers.
I hope you had a wonderful weekend..and thanks so much for visiting!

A Yellow and Black Challenge

on Stamping Scrapping Challenge Central. In an effort to not over complicate things…I took this challenge nice and easy. I cut a Carryall Svg on my Cricut, added a couple of layers and one of the sentiments from Stamping Scrapping, SSD Label Accents, cut it and matted it with Spellbinders Labels Four and Fourteen….and I was done! I will say this though…You know that tidy, neat,

everything in it’s place craft room? Well, every time I open my Cricut….it’s like a gaggle of three year olds came over to play. There is schtuff everywhere!  ;)

Another Christmas Card

I’m on a roll! At this rate, I feel fairly confident that I should easily be finished with my Christmas cards by…July.

The challenge this time around at Magnolia Stamp
Lovers is a fun sketch. I’ve used Sweet Tilda for my card. After coloring with Copics, I cut out the image with Spellbinders Label Fourteen and matted it with Labels Four. My sentiment is from the fantastic SSD Label Accents set. I think this stamp set might just be  newest obsession! I love that there is a sentiment and a frame for almost any occasion.
Ok, all you have to do is head over to the Magnolia Stamp Lover’s blog to check out the rest of the design team’s fabulous cards…and don’t forget to play along.
Thank so much for stopping by!
I am joining these challenges:

It’s the most wonderful time of the year again….

Seriously! There are only 51 days till the after Christmas Sales start? I’m just kiddin ya.

Seriously though….Christmas is NEXT month! I know…scary, huh? Don’t worry…I can email you my list if you want. :)

Our challenge at Stamping Scrapping Challenge Central is ribbon, so I thought it would be the perfect time  to make my first Christmas Card for the season. I used the Tim Holtz Alterations Caged Bird Die for the Birdcage and the Bird. I adore this die…in fact, I used it to make tags for some of the storage boxes in my craft room. StampingScrapping.com currently has this die in stock, but I would hurry over, if you are at all interested in taking this little beauty home.

My sentiment is from the Label Accents set from StampingScrapping.com and   is one of the gorgeous stamps sets that Cindy personally designed to coordinate perfectly with Spellbinders  dies.  This one, in particular fits perfectly inside of the Labels 4 set.  The quality of these clear stamps are  THE BEST!

I hope I’ve inspired you to head over to SSCC to enter your ribbon card into the challenge.

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a fantastic weekend!
