Missing You

Hello friends!

Our current challenge over at the Polkadoodles Craft challenge is black and white, plus a pop of one extra color. This challenge was way out of my comfort zone, but there's nothing wrong with that, right? I wanted a dramatic feel for my card, so I chose this beautiful image, Nature Lover - January. I colored her with various shades of gray Copics and combined here with paper from the Eden - Paper Heaven Plain Jane 4 collection.  For the inside of my card,  I also combined the same image, paper, and then also added a sentiment from Winnie Sunshine Delights Sentiments Bundle.

Beach Life

Hello there! 

So, I've decided that I want to be Winnie because that girl knows how to have some fun, right?  Floating in the sea, with a drink in one hand and looking cute in a bathing suit is,...well, was right up my alley. ;) 

Today, I'm sharing a card that I made for the Polkadoodles Craft Challenge. 

For my card, I used paper from the gorgeous Winnie Fruit Punch Paper Heaven 5 Bundle. It's a printable paper and prints beautifully. The best part is you can have it instantly :)

I paired the paper with Float Away from the Starfish/Sandcastles collection. I also added the same image along with a sentiment from the Winnie Sunshine Delights Sentiments Bundle to the inside of my card.

Altenew - Life is Awesome

Hello, I hope that those of you in the US had a safe 4th of July. Here's to hoping next year is epic! 

Today, I'm sharing a card that I made with the beautiful, Altenew- Life is Awesome stamp and die set.

I created the sentiment with the Heidi Swapp Minc machine and the larger portion of the sentiment was created on my Silhouette Cameo and embossed with gold embossing powder.  I love using the Heidi Swapp Minc machine to create my own sentiments.

Start Your Engines

Hello all! 

Today, I have a card featuring an adorable image from Polkadoodles, Rocket Car Little Dude Digi stamp. The moment I saw this little guy, I knew that I would have to have him! Isn't he sweet? The set includes this image, papers, and sentiments. Pretty much everything you need to put a card together. 

For the inside of my card, I combined the same image along with one of the sentiments included in the set. Adding a sentiment along with the image is such a simple, effective way to do something special for the inside of your card.
