Twitterpated With Paper

The latest challenge at Scrappy Frogs is to stamp on something other than paper, which is just perfect for me, because……I have always wanted to try my hand at making tile coasters and I’m thrilled I did! It was, by far…the easiest project I've ever completed. Piece of cake. I found the tiles at Lowes. They came 8 to a box. After harassing the boxes, I found 8 of the smoother tiles and took them home….to my …. lab. ;)

I used a large French script stamp with Staz-On ink for the base of my tiles. After I let the background dry for mere seconds, I sanded it back down until it was barley visible. Next, I used the bird from Stampin' Up’s Always set. Using my Copics, I gave it just a bit of springtime color. Super EASY! The entire project took less than ten minutes! I might even see some tile coasters in your gift future!
