Happy Birthday to you Cupcake!

So…our ongoing challenge over at7 Kids College Fund, from last week is Orange Cream sickle…and apparently…I’m stuck on Orange, because when it came time for me to put this cutie onto paper….out came my YR Copics again!  They just seem perfect for summer and an Orange Cream sickle ice cream couldn't hurt either. Winking smile

Just For You

PaperPlay Challenges has a Flags and Banners challenge for you this week. We are also being sponsors by DigDarla.
A little about DigiDarla
DigiDarla is the brain child of Kim Eskola and her daughter Emilea. Emilea and I both enjoy creating and when the idea of creating digital stamps came up, it sounded like the most wonderful way to earn ever! There was only one problem! We are both shy and dislike the center of attention! As a way of "hiding behind the scenes" and avoiding having one spokeswoman, DigiDarla was born! Working with Emilea on this project has been a wonderful blessing and has stretched both of us. Emilea is a busy teen with her passion for art and training our 2 horses, piano and violin lessons, and squeezing in high school classes somewhere in between! She is also the oldest daughter in a family of 11!
My digital stamp is Circus Elephant and I have to say…it was such a delight to color!
I hope you’ll find time to visit the PaperPlay Challenge Blog to see the rest of the Design Team inspiration and thank you for visiting.

Good Morning my Friends!

Today… it’s my turn to show you a bit of Little Darlings Inspiration. The challenge for the Little Darlings DT this month is Anything Goes and I was so happy to be able to break out this super sweet stamp from the Back to School 2011 collection, Art 101. This is certainly an artsy crafty girl after my heart!
Thank you so much for visiting today and please be sure to visit the Little Darlings Blog over the next month to see more inspiration from the AMAZING Little Darlings Design Team!

You’re the Cat’s Meow

The challenge, starting today over at 7 Kids College Fund Challenge Blog is …
Orange Cream sickle.
Perfect for summer, don’t’ you think?
By the way...did you know that if you enter the challenge...and your card is chosen by the DT, you will win a gift certificate to the 7 Kids College Fund Store? Pretty cool, right?
My take on the challenge was to color this fun Kraftin Kimmie image, Bella with a variety of Copics in the YR family. My flowers were made with linen fabric and the Spellbinders Blossoms Three die.

Hello again!

It certainly has been a few busy days, but...the weekend is just around the corner!
Tonight's card uses a super cute stamp from Nellie Snellen along with some new papers from My Mind’s Eye available for purchase over at 7 Kids College Fund!

Paperplay Challenge ~ Card For a MAN

Ack! Making a manly card nearly causes me to break out in hives! It’s completely out of my comfort zone AND…I swear…I actually lose sleep over it.
The idea for this card came to me late at night and I actually had to get my tail up..and get it done…so I could sleep. A little crazy? Yep! Winking smile
Anyway…I hope you will join the rest of the design team over at Paperplay Challenges for our Card for a Man challenge.
The die cuts including the silhouette shape all came from the Silhouette store. The sentiment was printed on my computer. Easy, huh?

Little Darlings Rubber Stamps DT blog Hop

Exciting things are happening over at
It has been long awaited… today we finally have a brand new release of our
They are all available to you in the store right now and they're not expected to last very long!
In honor of this new release, our fabulous Design Team and some very special Guest Designers have put on a spectacular blog hop to show you their works of art.  They are celebrating the release with a 'Garden' theme and you won't believe your eyes when you see these projects!
But, before you get started on the Hop, I want to share with you a very big change that is taking place. Instead of a CHALLENGE blog, we're changing the format.
The new title is:
Little Darlings Design Team Inspirations.
We may still have contests from time to time, but the main focus will be to inspire you with our designers projects.  You will see a new inspirational project twice per week, on Sundays and Wednesdays.  From time to time, you will also see the talents of some wonderful Guest Designers.  Our Guest Designers will post periodically on Friday's, giving you yet another day of awesome inspiration!
And, we are taking requests!!!  If there is a specific theme or technique that you would like to see, please let us know by sending an email to ajhunt{at}comcast.net.  We will do our very best to accommodate all of your crafting requests to the very best of our abilities. You may even find yourself featured in the post when your request is granted!
One more thing before the Hop, be sure to check the right sidebar on the Little Darlings Design Team Inspirations Blog from time to time for our current CANDY!!!!
Hopefully, you’ve just come from visiting the always inspiring and incredibly talented Cabio of Cabio’s Craft Corner.
My card today uses two totally adorable Cutie Pie stamps, Water Boy and Diggin It along with a brand new sentiment too. Are they just so stinkin cute…or what? Smile
