Wild Orchid Crafts–Bling it Up Challenge

Hi there and a Happy Monday to you! I hope you had  wonderful weekend. Mine was a little on the shaky side.  LOL Friday night started out with a nice sized earthquake, not too far away and thing haven’t quite stood entirely still ever since. Thankfully, we are all fine. Just part of the “fun” in California, right?  

It’s time for a new challenge at Wild Orchid Crafts and this time, Bev is asking us to Bling it Up.  For my project, I purchased a plain wooden frame from my local craft store, painted it, added distress inks and lots of glitter and ended up with lots and lots of bling.

Who's’ Ready for Spring?

Hi there!! It's Sheri here and today..I'm sharing a card that I made for Winter CHA with lots of brand new...FABULOUS Little Darlings toys..er..products. ;)

The image is Gardening Jessie from the Little Darlings 2014 CandiBean Collection.  The CandiBean images are such a fantastic size to color. I've also included a sentiment from the Little Darlings Warm Fuzzies set, Love You.  The die cut on the upper right of the card is from the Lovely View die.  Did you know that Little Darlings partnered with Spellbinders this year and brought out THE most gorgeous sets of dies!  Isn't that exciting?!

NEW at LDRS....... DESIGNER DIES CHA SNEAK PEEK!!!

We are so excited to give you a little sneak peek into our CHA 2014 collections!  CHA is always an exciting time to show off new things and see old friends.  This is our fourth time exhibiting at a CHA show and we're still on pins and needles waiting for the grand opening of the show floor!  And, we've got something exciting to show you...

For the first time ever, LDRS is introducing a collection of Designer Dies!!!

Our first collection is styled with a vintage Victorian flare.  The dies have soft curves and detailed cuts presenting a beautiful lacy appearance.

Darlings Square Die Set

Our Darling Square Die Set includes 6 individual designer dies. This die set has been carefully designed to offer you a completely coordinated set of dies to use to embellish your craft projects. The largest is a detailed frame that measures approx. a 6" x 6" square finished cut. It is versatile and elegant in its square shape and has delicate rounded corners and intricate cut detail. You can stack and layer with the smaller frame and coordinating accessory dies, which include a beautiful floral flourish die and layering individual flowers.

Fluttered Tulip Bodice

Our Fluttered Tulip Bodice die is an elegant, whimsical spin on the old fashioned seamstress dress form. We have added lacy butterfly wings and a delicate cut flourish to the center. Hello there!! Is it chilly where you are today? Here in southern Calif. we are still having very warm weather..in the mid 80’s in fact. But…I know the cooler weather is coming..and I’m going to have to get out the jackets and put away the flip flops.

For my card today, I cut a few layered shapes out on my Cameo along with a frame for this fun Saturated Canary Rubber Stamp from Little Darlings,  Winters’ Day.  Isn't the paper fun too?!  It’s Frigid Fun and is also from Little Darlings. It has the cutest little snow people, along with snowflakes, boots & sleds!

Hi there!!  Can you believe it  is September?!  Guess what? Christmas… is coming too!!  But…not yet. Here in Southern California, summer has finally arrived..and she brought her sticky friend with her too.  It’s like a scorching hot monsoon combo out there. Yuck!

Anyhooooooo,  I thought the Wee Stamps image, Summer Fairy would be quite refreshing.

Little Darlings–Saturated Canary Fairytales & Fables Blog Hop!!

Today, we are celebrating a new Saturated Canary rubber stamp release called Fairytales and Fables!!
