Magnolia-licious Summer Blog Hop

Hello fellow Maggie lovers!

The Magnolia-licious girls are having a Summer blog hop and it’s hot, hot , hot!!  Lots of fun, summery inspiration to share with you and maybe even  a bit of Christmas in June!!  Hopefully, you have arrived here after visiting the ALWAYS A-MAZING CABIO.  If you get lost along the way you can always find the blog hop order right here.

For my project,  I created a shadow box using a cut from the Silhouette store with a bit of BBQ-y paper.

I also got busy with lots and lots…and LOTS of masked stamping to create a fun backyard BBQ scene for my shadow box using Burger Tilda, Tilda’s Barbecue, the Shabby Chic Fence and one of my favorite images, Rufus!  Remember little Rufus?  Isn't he a cutie?  A few of the stamps are out of order at the moment, but if you drop Diana a line, she's always happy to receive requests! :) 

A few little BBQ tools cut on the Cameo and heat embossed with silver embossing powder and a pair of oven mitts.

From here, you will absolutely…without a doubt want to visit my sweet  and way too talented friend, EULANDA.  Holy smokes! That girl is incredible!

Magnolia-licious Luscious Lace Challenge

Hello my crafty friends!!

It’s time for the second half of the Magnolia-licious team

to share their Lacey projects with you.

I had lots and lots of fun coloring this new beauty from the latest Magnolia Special Moments Collection. Her name is Tripping Flowers Tilda. Isn’t that sweet?!

For my card, I cut several layers of shapes on my Cameo using paper from the Graphic 45 Bird Song collection. Love this paper! I added lots of flowers, of course and tucked in a few hand rolled flowers too.  Because it’s a lace challenge, I grabbed a bit of lace from my stash and sprayed it with some Glimmer Mist to change the color to match the shades of the card.  I also changed the color of the wooden dragon fly with a some Frantage….and that’s a wrap!
