In southern California, we could really use a change in weather...Heck, I'd even settle for some snow. So many homes have been lost due to what seems to be a continuous event here, the fire season. As of now, although we've had family forced to evacuate or at least have to prepare for it....we have all, in the end, been very fortunate. My family and I spent quite a few hours on freeways yesterday just trying to get back to our home, which was quite a challenge, since the freeways all around our home were closed. At least we all had a homes to go to though....for that I am very grateful. Other families that I know have not been quite as fortunate. Please say a prayer for them..
I was able to finish a card today I actually started on Friday evening .....The stamp used was my first stamp set from Hanna Stamps, called Ski Bunny. I paper pieced her snow suit and skies. A cuddlebug embossing folder was used fro some dimension and a Martha Stewart punch and some stickles were used for the snow flakes. I love it when you let me know what you think. So...please tell me, tell me!
